Slow Cooker Buffalo Meatballs

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 2 hours 5 minutes
Serves: 2-3

Ingredients: 

1-lb. lean ground chicken

1/4-cup gluten free bread crumbs

1-tbsp. garlic powder

1-tsp. onion powder

1-tsp. pepper

1-8oz bottle hot sauce (I use Frank's)

Directions: 

1) Preheat the oven to 400.

2) In a bowl, combine all the ingredients EXCEPT the hot sauce. Mix together with your hands really well.

3) Roll mixture into 1-inch meatballs, and place on non-stick foil lined baking sheet.

4) Cook in oven at 400 degrees for 5 minutes, or until meatballs are browned.

5) Place meatballs in crock pot, cover with bottle of hot sauce, and cook on low for 2 hours. Serve immediately and enjoy!

As I've mentioned before, we are big-time buffalo flavored anything people in our house, so when I saw this fix-approved recipe go by, I knew I had to give it a try!
